Edit : Found it it works now.
Go to _CommonRedist folder in the installation directory of the game, mine is
C:\Program Files\GeminiHeroesReborn\_CommonRedist\vcredist\2013
repair the installation of vcredist_x86.exe and vcredist_x64.exe
Reboot if necessary.

Can someone tell me why it wont run on Windows 10? The game instals but Windows says the app is not compatible.
