NARUTO SHIPPUDEN: Ultimate Ninja STORM 4 – BlackBox this work in update
To install the update, just copy the data folder and the NSUNS4.exe from the ALI folder to game directory, replace any existing files (don’t copy the steam64 dll, use steamworks fix for online).
It fixed all performance issues for me. I had to do trial and error since it’s in chinese, so hopefully
this helps someone.
