I think the difference is that one is compressed in rar, and it has to be extracted, and the other one is just the single iso.

Okay, I went on corepack i found the complet crak 77 Mo instead 0,02 Mo here. There is not the error of steam i lauch the file, black screen and “Deus Ex stopped working” and back to Window.

I found a tip for the save to work, I do not know if it will work the rest of the game.
“sorry, something wrong” solution:

And I made some modifications to the CPY.INI file: I put the same name I use in STEAM, I added a game shortcut to my STEAM account and I modified the name of the save folder to the installation folder of the game.
Example:
before

PlayerName = Your Steam Name
SavePath = E: \ Games \ God Ex Mankind Divided

Don’t know how to load a save, because it never saves in the first place.
I tried every trick that was posted, steam, offline mode, changing the CPY.ini, yes tried even that flashdrive inserted, nothing happens.
Even the shortcut in my steam folder did not do the trick. Would save me some time if I knew where the first checkpoint is in the game.
Playing as administrator also does not do anything
when i exit, en reload the game and want to play , I only can play a new game, no saves, nothing
So, any other options tried by anyone? Something I am doing wrong?

I ended up unistalling and reinstalling the game, denied the save fix post, … and if forgot to turn the internet of, what you always MUST do to play a cracked game, et volila..only modified the cpy, it saved. Going to try today again, and fingers crossed..

the first one is rar, it means you have to unrar it. The second one is iso. After you unrar both of them have same size

It works like I described. I ended up too that it did not work, but leaving the internet on, loading a steam account, not offline first time, afterwards after your first save you don’t have to start steam anymore.
Used a flashdrive, made a folder in it installed games/ and changed the cpy.ini to wherever you’re flashdrive is. in my case it was H/installed games/
Cpy uses standards to c/documents, but the documents folder was always empty.
Never had to use that flashdrive before, never had troubles like this, and always turned my internet connection of if I wanted to play a cracked game, also, firewall, antivirus off.
This casre is different.
Just install the game, and modify the ini. Not another partition on your pc, because that does not work, it has to be a flash drive, or as somebody mentioned before did put his cellphone on computer for writing the saves to.
I’m playing the second time the game, just logged in with different steam account.
It works, but you have to follow the steps.

the game installs itself not. Alcohol 120% throws the iso getting out of it. too many invalid installation programs making the game not even can be read game file corrupted: setup-1c.bin , setup-2b.bin, setup-3a.bin , setup-6e.bin, setup-9e.bin all corrupted / damaged it is useless.

Solution: Got to the FitGirl repacks (google it if you dont know what it is) and download the repacked game from there. Its 25GB and works perfectly. I am not advertising that website im simply making fellow gamers aware of a possibility. No need for any cracks or workarounds. The only issue I had was my antivirus not allowing it to launch but it works now. Good Luck!
