Steam files and CDX file in CODEX (crack) folder seem to be corrupted, use files from 1.7 codex patch and olny overite the fallout.exe
The link to patchnotes.txt actually directs to Update v1.5.4 Changelog.

Let me ask why automatron and wastelander workshop DLC’s are included in the v1.8 update release if they were already included in the previous and required Fallout 4 Update v1.7 incl DLC-CODEX ?

If anyone had the Far harbor DLC from the stand alone Update, even if you already updated to 1.7 before this one, you cant install this since the verification possess doesn’t recognize the old Far harbor files.
To fix this , first delete the “DLCCoast – Textures.ba2” from the fallout 4 game directory/Data then re-install the 1.7 update and then install this update and everything should work now.
