16gb ram, gtx 970, windows 10…now gaming works like this: they create some new graphic shit like quantic lighting, hyperealistic shadows with stephen hawkings technology or a new AA that makes you need a atomic force microscope to appreciate the difference with any other AA. All that shit makes the game look 20% better, maybe you dont even realise of it, but it requires 100% more of cpu/gpu.
2pac, :/ why pc game if that is a problem. Go to console gaming -.- I personally have no problems meeting the recommended settings for this game or further. If you don’t already have one buy a Xbox one. They are fairly cheap at the moment. Either that or upgrade.

@noone, gotta wait for the nosteam crack, I do believe. Normally they crack the _steam_api64.dll and steam_api.dll and the launcher, but depends on the level of DRM. And I will also assume depends on the copy purchased, so if it was bought from the Store of Windows, the Executable may just need a fix, but give them time, if it was easy you could have done it.

Impotrant thing: This method allows you to play the game for 10 hours.
Preparing:
1.Go to Control Panel/User Accounts/User Accounts/Change User Account Control settings and change setting to “Never notify”.
2.Go to Settings/Update & Security/Use developer features and enable “Developer mode”.
3.If you want to change Microsoft Store apps install directory, then go to Settings/System/Storage/Change where new content is saved and chage “New apps will save to:”.
4.Restart your PC.
Installing:
1.Download and install game. Don’t use space in location, for example: “C:GamesGears.of.War.4”.
Go to Microsoft Store, find Gears of War 4 and click “Free trial”. Pause (don’t stop) the download when it reaches ~80 MB and close Store App.
2.Run Windows PowerShell as administrator and add line “Add-AppxPackage C:GamesGears.of.War.4Microsoft.SpartaUWP9.1.0.2_x64_8wekyb3d8bbwe.eappx”. Wait until the game is installed.
3.Run game from Start Menu.
