Just a word of warning get some cheat software at the ready since you can’t buy lootboxes offline x) infinite focus and infinite mirian example you can also do this in cheat engine I’m bypassing lootboxes this way ;P

My guess is that the preload version is useless, since they removed it from the site.
What you can do, however, is buy the game from the steam store, and then backup the files and ask support for refund.
This way you can download with the network speed of Steam’s servers while not spending a penny on this Denuvo curse

Take Vagrant Story’s combat system for example. You’ll never see that system again due to the fact that the “obnoxious” developers cater to Westerners and new generation of gamers. (Final Fantasy Fail XV.)
it’s no secret games are iterative. but that is a good thing. don’t sound like an old jaded curmudgeon. iterations upon existing ideas is how things progress. Iteration bring inovation. The combat system works it isn’t the focus so instead of having to build a compltely original combat system. they use the arkham style so they can focus on the nemesis system.

Modding eliminates constant repetition from the unimaginative, lazy dregs who cast out a video game for only test purposes. If hermits and basement dewellers can devise such a feat, why can’t Western developers do the same?
both of you miss the point completely. It waste more time and resources to have to completely redesign a completely original combat system. so they use resources they have to put more effort into new features. this isn;t anything to do with lazy or no imagination. This is the whole purpose of engines in games.
This is how technology advances. You build from a base of what already works and improve upon it and introduce features to go with it. Hell. that is how evolution works.
Using modders as an example actually hurts you and helps me. Mods are using an existing product and changing it. They are doing the exact same thing developers do, but at a smaller scale. since they don;t have to build a working game around their mod.
The key theme is “time and resources wasted” The “improvement” in this case is the nemesis system. The base form is constant and repetitive – we already observed how it works; thus being repetitive for years on end.
If “time and resources” is a factor, this can coincide to many things such as laziness, greed or just being downright unimaginative. If Monolith Productions can create the Nemesis System, they can obviously do more with the product’s base form than just adding mallet attacks, swift climbing, pretty button prompts and the like. These little “improvements” can just be modded.
How long before Western devs will continue to rehash and reuse the same base mechanic? I’ve seen very little to no improvements. Improvising should already come at hand after a generation of the same shit.

Open “Steamapps” then inside “steamapps” there is another “depotcache”, Open it and Extract there ShadowofUnpack.rar (the preload Unlocker) then Run Unpack.bat.

Managed to get it to work, do you know how to install the HD texture pack from firgirl or how to know its activated?
I didn’t download the Fitgirl verion. I did download the ShadowOfWar.Iso file From Codex (100 GB)
To check if it is activated “probably” you should have the “ultra setting” in Texture and check if it take that big amount of Ram
Like mine in the screen
(I get always 60 FPS with Vsync On and High Texture but with Ultra i have 20-5 Fps)

EDIT : Installing them is very easy.
Run setup.exe and choose Main game Folder.
if you already have HD packs your middle earth’s Folder should be around 100 GB

Means that if you downloaded the Preload Version before, you can turn it into a Unlocked Version using the unlocker tool, then you just need to wait for the crack to be released.

same thing happened to me. After extracting all 70 rar files, move the depotcache and steamapps folder to the folder with all the rar files

The path where you are running the Unpack.bat may be too long.
