To play, just extract the game anywhere you want. You HAVE to run the game with SmartSteamLoader.exe. If you try to use the StreetFighterV.exe, you’ll just get a bunch of errors. Howeverr, the DLC extra characters are NOT working at all

Is this the version before or after Capcom removed their Rootkit (yes Capcom released this with it’s own fucking rootkit, only on PC version to fuck over PC gamers) giving all programs full kernel access?
